You can create a new category by typing in a name Category Name (and a code number).
The total amount recorded against the category allocated displayed here and in the spreadsheets section.

You can change the Name of any Category by clicking the edit button and e.g. "Revival Cafe" to e.g. "Hays Gallery"

By changing the Category Name the any amounts allocated to the previous name will now be included
