This is where you produce you spreadsheets. This demonstration allows you to create an Excel spreadsheet of the list shown as 1)

When you click the image of the catoon a list like the one below opens

This screen will appear in a new window ready to create the spreadsheet which you save as a Microsoft Excel WorkBook in a folder on your PC

After the spreadsheet has been successfully saved close the window. Note any updates or additions made with you mobile phone will not appear if they are made after Step.1
